HOW TO MAINTAIN WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Term
work-life balance is known as allocating time to look after both work and life
in a planned way without complex both. When an employer has time to sleep, eat,
and look after his/her family in a planned and peaceful way that means he/she
maintains both work and life together in a balanced manner. But practically it
cannot be maintained by all of the employees in the world as each and every
one’s perspective and behavior on the work and life will differ.

Based on
all the theories, most of the employees maintain compensation theory whereas an
employer balances the stress of work with the time he/she spends with families,
but as per the segmentation theory, employee has to consider both work and life
separately to calm the mind which is considered as a best way to balance both
work life and family life (pollackpeacebuilding.com, 2021).

Ø Doing the given duty in time
Ø Prioritizing the time.
1. Scheduling the works.
2. Managing the work environment and works.
3. Execution of works and submittals in time.
Ø Categorizing the peak and troughs.
Ø Plotting some personal time.
Ø Finding time to personal finance management. e.g.: short term business.
Ø Long term time management.
Ø Making the work space comfortable
Ø Stick with the updated technology
Ø Prioritizing growth of own network and have a structured lead/conversion system
Ø Do love the job.
Ø Being practical in each works.

are many reasons to imbalance the life and work, but considering the correct
measures which are essential to implement in a work life will automatically
lead to a balance itself in-between the work and family life and work life
balance will provide the more productive worker and increase the productivity
of the firm and retention of the workers.

We can burn out if we have too many duties that require a lot of energy, time, and other internal resources. However, if we spend our lives in such a way that we try to avoid any such commitments as much as possible, we risk living a life that is devoid of meaning and satisfaction.
