who feel valued as humans and are rewarded for their successes and ambitions
develop a culture of appreciation at work. Employers must make a concerted
effort to empower employees and provide emotional safety in order to promote
this type of working environment. Employee engagement improves dramatically
when there is a great business culture filled with respect and recognition.
Instead of employing negative reinforcement and manipulation, this type of
atmosphere is built on trust and the desire to inspire employees (Conner, 2013).

DeleteIf there is no appreciation for the work which is being done, most of the employees tend to get discouraged and demotivated. Therefore, it is essential to always create a work environment in which all the employees feel appreciated and recognised, through which the employee motivation and satisfaction will eventually get increased.
